NLRFUMC MISSIONS
The Missions Team at NLRFUMC is committed to helping our community and all of God's children. Currently we are working on revamping our values and vision so that we can serve effectively. Our Neighbor 2 Neighbor team is available to provide transportation to doctor's appointments, change lightbulbs, or pick up your groceries. If you find yourself with a need, reach out! Our Backpack ministry team is hard at work packing backpacks each week with supplementary foods for children at Indian Hills Elementary School. We are always taking donations of non-perishable food items!

Backpack Ministry
Students in need at Indian Hills Elementary receive a backpack full of food on Friday to have over the weekend. This ministry consists of packing bags, delivering the bags, organizing food after donations are received and purchasing items that pantry is low on.

In January 2020, NLRFUMC collected 4 full tables of bags! This will feed kids in need for the rest of the school year!
