Have you heard about the latest sports craze? It's called Pickleball and we now have a court at NLRFUMC in our Fellowship Hall (YES, INDOORS)! David Martin, Minister of Operations and Engagement, Bebe Walton, and Terry Horton (active members of NLRFUMC) started a new recreational ministry at NLRFUMC and that includes this super fun Pickleball opportunity. This sport is good for all ages and skill sets. If you don't know how to play, we can help you learn. This is a fun and free way to get some exercise and meet new people. If you would like more information, email David: [email protected].
The Pickleball court hours will vary depending on the activities at the church. We are a community church with a full time daycare and often have activities, events, or meetings that require the use of the Fellowship Hall. We will clearly communicate each week's Pickleball schedule in our weekly newsletter as well as on our Facebook page. Or you can always contact David Martin via email or call the church office to receive that information.
