I am Assistant Director Jennifer Harper, and I bring over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

I have gained extensive experience in classroom management, DHS compliance, parent relationships, staff support, and supporting quality childcare practices. I am detail-oriented and believe that strong documentation, organization, and maintaining high standards of care are the foundation of a successful childcare program.

I am familiar with Better Beginnings quality standards and classroom practices, and I have completed Director’s Training and CPR Training. I enjoy building positive relationships with children, families, and staff while promoting teamwork and creating an environment where every child feels valued and supported.
