One of our goals is to be in contact with our UMW Sisters who are not physically able to attend Circle or Unit Meetings so that they will know they are loved and not forgotten. Mission involves doing for others and UMW members work hard each year to be able to provide donations to needy and deserving entities. We encourage all members to educate themselves in different arenas of mission through attending meetings, conferences, retreats, as well as, reading of the UMW monthly Response and New World Outlook magazines; and books from the UMW Reading Program on Social Action, Mission in Education, Spiritual Growth and Nurturing for Community.

When the UMW is asked to participate in an activity, we are honored and are always willing, ready and able to do what we can. If you are a woman and a member of the United Methodist Church, you are invited to become a member of UMW. However, you do not have to be a Methodist in order to belong to a Circle. If you are not presently a member of our Unit and would like to visit with someone about UMW or visit a Circle meeting, please contact any of the following UMW officers or call the church office for further information.
