MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the First United Methodist Church Children’s Enrichment Center is to serve as a part of the church’s ministry to children and their families, by providing a loving, caring, learning, and safe environment in a Christian setting for children ages two months through fifth grade. We strive to provide quality care that earns the trust of the parents we serve and presents opportunities for each child to learn and grow. As a staff, we seek to continuously grow professionally through goal setting and staff development.

INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN'S ENRICHMENT CENTER
Hours of operation are 7:00-6:00 Monday through Friday. We are closed for major holidays.

We are a Quality Accredited Center which is obtained by going through a yearly evaluation by the state to determine the level of care, safety, and learning the center is providing. This accreditation is held by only 12% of centers in the state of Arkansas. We also participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program which monitors our meals and snacks and insures that each child receives balanced nutrition daily.

Also, we were voted "The Best" daycare in the Strephens Media, 2009 North Little Rock Times Reader's Choice readership poll.
